con la presente Le comunichiamo che il certificato medico che ha caricato sul Suo profilo non riporta la data di effettuazione dell'ECG a riposo, come richiesto dalla normativa vigente per il rilascio del certificato di idoneità all'attività sportiva non agonistica.
Per poter validare il Suo certificato, Le chiediamo cortesemente di far integrare il documento dal medico che lo ha rilasciato, indicando la data di effettuazione dell'ECG a riposo, e di caricarlo nuovamente sul Suo profilo.
Qualora abbia caricato anche il referto dell'ECG, La informiamo che tale documento non può essere preso in considerazione ai fini della validazione, in quanto non siamo in grado di verificarne e interpretarne il contenuto. È pertanto necessario che la data di effettuazione dell'ECG sia riportata direttamente sul certificato medico rilasciato dal medico certificatore.

We would like to inform you that the medical certificate you uploaded to your profile does not indicate the date on which the resting ECG was performed, as required by current regulations for the issuance of a certificate of fitness for non-competitive sports activities.
In order to validate your certificate, we kindly ask you to have the physician who issued it update the certificate by adding the date of the resting ECG, and then upload the updated certificate to your profile.
If you have also uploaded the ECG report, please note that this document cannot be considered for validation purposes, as we are not able to interpret its contents. Therefore, the date on which the resting ECG was performed must be stated directly on the medical certificate issued by the certifying physician.
